Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and what's in it, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay. The one thing we don't ship is canvas wraps — a stretched canvas is too easy to damage in transit, and we'd rather hand it to you in good shape than take the chance.
Picking up is always free. Choose either Bloomfield Hills or West Bloomfield at checkout, whichever is closer, and we'll have it waiting. We'll text or email you the moment it's ready.
Turnaround varies quite a bit by product, so we publish it where it actually applies: every product page has a Production Times tab with the current estimate for that item. Those are the numbers to go by.
Need something faster? Rush is available on most items for an additional 20%. Large format metal prints are quoted individually depending on the size and when you need it — call either store and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.
Tell us and we'll almost always remake it at no charge. If we made the mistake, we fix it — no discussion needed, on anything we produce. Call or email the store that handled your order, or just bring it in.
Two situations work a little differently. If you approved a proof, that approval is what we printed from, so a reprint after that point is at your cost — we'll always make sure you understand that before you sign off. And if you chose to order without color correction, nobody on our team reviewed the file before printing, which is what makes it cheaper, so we can't promise the result. It's why we recommend proofs on enlargements and wall art, where the stakes are higher.
Everything we make is made for you specifically, so we're not able to take general returns the way a retail store can. What we can do is make it right — and in the rare case where a refund really is the best answer, we'll take care of it and put it back on your original payment method. Paid in store? We can refund you there. Either way, come talk to us; we'd much rather sort it out than have you stuck with something you're not happy with.
